Solar Panel Terms & Conditions

1. Installation & Site Inspection

Installation will begin after site inspection approval.
Customer must provide safe rooftop access.
Any structural modification cost will be borne by the customer.

2. Payment Terms

80% advance payment before installation.
Remaining payment after project completion.
Delay in payment may delay service activation.

3. Warranty

Solar panels carry 10–25 years performance warranty (as per manufacturer).
Inverter warranty depends on brand (5–10 years).
Warranty does not cover physical damage or natural disasters.

4. Government Subsidy

Subsidy depends on government policies.
Company assists with documentation only.
Approval and timeline depend on authorities.

5. Maintenance & Liability

Regular panel cleaning is customer's responsibility.
Company is not responsible for power reduction due to weather.
Natural disasters are not covered under warranty.
